Juetten Insurance (“we,” “us”) is an independent insurance agency operated by Stephanie Juetten, a licensed insurance agent (NPN #20835896). This policy explains what information we collect through juetteninsurance.com, our phone line, and our forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out a form, call, or book an appointment, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and details about your situation. To compare insurance plans, we may also ask about your doctors, prescriptions, pharmacy, current coverage, and Medicare information.
- Phone calls. Some phone numbers on our website and ads are call-tracking numbers provided by Google that forward to our office. For those calls, Google provides us with information such as the call's date, time, duration, and the caller's area code.
- Website usage. Our pages use cookies and similar technologies, including the Google tag, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure whether our ads lead to calls or form submissions. This can include your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and ad click identifiers.
How we use your information

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Insurance carriers, when you ask us to request a quote or submit an application on your behalf.
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as our form-processing provider (Formspree) and scheduling tool (Calendly). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Google, for advertising measurement. We use Google Ads conversion tracking, including enhanced conversions. When you submit a form after clicking one of our ads, your email address, phone number, name, and ZIP code are hashed (converted into a coded string) in your browser and sent to Google so it can match the submission to the ad. Google uses this data to provide measurement and does not receive it in readable form. - When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, our agency, or others.
Calls, texts, and emails
If you give us your phone number or email, we may contact you about the insurance options you asked about. You can ask us to stop at any time by telling us on a call, replying STOP to a text message, or contacting us using the information below. Consent to be contacted is never a condition of enrollment.
Your choices
- You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law or carrier contract.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though we won't be able to measure ad results for your visit.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal, regulatory, and carrier record-keeping requirements.
Children
Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
